Emerging Adults Program
Previously operated under the leadership of Aisha Braveboy (formerly the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney), and in partnership with the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and Everfourward Foundation, this initiative was created to support emerging adults (men and women ages 18 to 28), The Emerging Adults Program delivers comprehensive pre- and post-release services, offering participants a meaningful pathway to rebuild their lives after involvement with the criminal justice system.
Pre-Release Services
- In-person and Zoom sessions 6 months before release (once/week)
- Curriculum includes Life skills, conflict resolution, job readiness skills and mental health
Post-Release and Community Services
EverFourward offers the following services for individuals who are reentering society after incarceration or who have been impacted by the criminal justice system:
- Support within the first 48 hours of release
- Community-Based Partnerships – First 180 days home
- Personal and Professional Development
- CEO Playbook – Road to entrepreneurship
Family Justice Program
The Family Justice Academy takes a multifaceted andcomprehensive approach—working to end truancy by tackling its root causes, supporting at-risk youth, uplifting families, and building lasting pathways to success for every participant.
GUIDELINES/ELIGIBILITY
The program serves middle and high school students who are chronically absent, at risk of truancy, or referred by school staff, community-based agencies, or those who choose to participate voluntarily.
Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to engage in the program with their child.

Pathways to Aspirations, Skills & Success (PASS)
PASS (Pathways to Aspirations, Skills & Success) is an empowerment-focused juvenile delinquency prevention program designed to support youth ages 12-17 who face increased risk of academic disengagement, behavioral challenges, or involvement in the juvenile justice system.
Recognizing that young people thrive when they have meaningful goals, strong social-emotional skills, and access to caring adults, PASS provides a structured, supportive pathway that helps youth build confidence, grow critical life skills, and pursue positive futures.

PASS Program Activities
- Aspirations & Goal-Setting Workshops
Youth participate in dream-mapping, college and career exploration, and vision-building exercises. - Social-Emotional & Life Skills Development
PASS provides weekly sessions on communication, conflict resolution, self-regulation, problem-solving, financial basics, and decision-making. - Mentoring
Youth will meet regularly with trained mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, academic support, and accountability. - Leadership & Youth-Led Projects
Participants design and lead community service or school-based initiatives that strengthen leadership skills and build positive identity.
